  • Delegate with clarity - Don’t just hand things off and hope for the best. Set clear expectations and boundaries so your team knows exactly what you’re trusting them with.


  • Give them room to make mistakes - You can’t trust if you don’t let people learn and grow. A mistake is just a lesson in disguise.


  • Communicate openly - Trust isn’t just about giving tasks away. Check in, offer feedback, and listen to their ideas. When people feel heard, trust grows naturally.


Ask yourself: What’s one task I could delegate today, with clear instructions, and trust that it’ll get done right - without me hovering over it?


Remember, the more you trust, the more you free yourself - and your business - up for growth.
