Last night, I stretched the boundaries of my comfort zone to the next level at the improv graduation show, after an 8-week improv course. With over 40 people in the crowd, the laughter was contagious, and the energy was electric.
When you take on things that expand your comfort zone, it becomes easier and more than that, you start craving for even bigger challenges.
Just like in business, taking calculated risks and embracing discomfort leads to even bigger growth and success.
